Buy the Instant Hatch Key from Shop Guy at Ride A Pet's Halloween Shop for 900 Halloween Tokens. It is an in-game item. The shop labels it Limited Time, but no specific removal date for the key is confirmed.

Requirements

You need access to the Halloween world after Rebirth 1 and enough Tokens. If you still need to rebirth, review the confirmation: the first Rebirth requires 1,000,000 Coins and a Horse Pet, which are consumed. Do not repeat that cost if you already have access.

Steps

1. Enter the hollow Halloween Event tree with the orange interior.
2. Find Shop Guy under the red canopy and open the shop.
3. Select Instant Hatch Key and check that the button shows 900 Tokens.
4. Purchase it, then check the item received and your reduced balance.

If you need Tokens, collect candy and take it to Drop Off Candy before Candy Will Spoil expires. Rewards can vary; read the actual increase after each delivery. Lava Obby and the AFK Zone are other Token sources.
