What it is

Davy's Rose is an ingredient for FischFright 3 rituals. Buy it from the Dutchman Merchant for 5,000 Treats; obtaining it does not automatically award the Dutchman's Rod.

Requirements and obtainment

You need access to Caustic Hallow, event currency and a glider or Gravity Coil to reach the ship.

1. Look for the Flying Dutchman while it flies over the island.
2. Climb to high ground and use your equipment to reach its deck.
3. Speak to the Dutchman Merchant, check the Rose's name and price, then buy it.
4. Verify that Davy's Rose appears in your inventory.

What it does

At the Cemetery, the Rose awakens Azael's Grasp when placed on the altar during the ritual. Keeping it in inventory does not activate the hand. The ritual's other requirements still apply.

Before spending

Editorial recommendation: reserve additional currency if you intend to continue; starting a ritual with Frankenstein costs 100 Treats. Do not confuse the Rose with Dutchman's Grasp, another shop item.
