+1 Loot To Forge: Enhance is not Enchant—check what you will spend

Quick answer

Enhance improves equipment using materials and Coins; Enchant installs runes. In +1 Loot To Forge, owning Ember Stones does not mean you own the rune needed for an enchantment.

Before spending

Choose a piece you intend to keep. You need the materials and Coins listed in its menu; do not assume every item or level costs the same.

Use Enhance

  1. Visit Enhancement, beside Enchant, and select the correct equipment.
  2. Compare current and next levels, the projected improvement and displayed success rate.
  3. Check Require Material and the Coin cost. Ember Stones are shown as required/owned.
  4. Read any failure or level-loss warning before confirming.
  5. Press Enhance only if you accept the cost and risk; check the new level after the result.

When to use Enchant

For a rune effect, open Enchantment at the Enchant stall. Select equipment, a rune and an empty slot; review the price before pressing Enchant. The rune icon in that slot confirms installation.

Costly mistakes

Projected damage is not an improvement already obtained, and Ember Stones are not enchantment stones. If a slot is occupied, review the Unequip action and price before replacing its rune.

Editorial recommendation: change one thing at a time. Compare the result before investing again, without assuming guaranteed success or level protection.

Checklist: correct piece; correct stall; sufficient materials and Coins; risk read; result checked.
