Quick answer
Spotlight Specter is an official Roblox shoulder accessory caught from a Star Creator's ghost launcher during The Hollow. You do not buy it from the catalog: its listing is off sale and identifies that in-event obtain method.
Requirements
Enter The Hollow with an account that can access the event and look for a session where a Star Creator is participating. Roblox has not published an individual schedule for each launch. Plus membership applies to launcher access; the source does not say that the player receiving the gift must buy Plus.
How to get Spotlight Specter
- Open The Hollow. 2. Check whether a Star Creator is playing or streaming from the event. 3. Stay nearby when they use the ghost launcher. 4. Catch the gift it fires before it disappears. 5. Check your shoulder-accessory inventory before trying again.
Why you should not look for it in the shop
Asset 133784027835704 is off sale. Its documented method is receiving it from the launcher during The Hollow; a page offering a direct sale or a separate code does not match the official listing.
Common mistakes
Do not confuse Spotlight Specter with another event item or a daily quest reward. Do not assume every creator can launch it either: the description specifically names a Star Creator. If there is no active session, return later instead of spending Robux on imitations.
Success check
You have it when Spotlight Specter appears in your inventory as a Roblox-created shoulder accessory. Checklist: correct Hollow → Star Creator found → launch seen → gift caught → official asset confirmed.
Roblox says The Hollow rewards remain collectible until November 2 at 12:00 p.m. PST (8:00 p.m. UTC), but it has not published the number of launches or a guaranteed schedule for this item.
