How to get this object

Instructions

Speak to Nerba in Family Zone, find 25 ducks, enter Duck Duck through the portal, play for 30 minutes and finish 10 games; return to Halloween Zone in Family Zone and interact with the item to claim.

Requirements

Complete the Family Zone and Duck Duck objectives on the same account and claim during the campaign.

Availability

Roblox advertises the campaign as available. Family Zone says finish before November 4; the catalog says before November 8. Finish and claim before November 4 as a precaution. Time and time zone unannounced.

Your reward

Duck-o-Lantern is an avatar hat created by Roblox, asset 126884250250747. Family Zone advertises it as a free quest reward: it is not an in-game pet or a direct catalog purchase.

Requirements and steps

  1. Join Family Zone by Roblox Education and speak to Nerba to start the Halloween quest.
  2. Find 25 ducks. Search spawn, the Duck Duck portal, Halloween Zone, Trivia, and the Within Reach and Roblox 101 portals.
  3. Use the Duck Duck portal in Family Zone. Complete 30 minutes of play and 10 games; collecting ducks does not replace this phase.
  4. Return to Family Zone, visit Halloween Zone and interact with the campaign item to claim it.

Missing a duck?

Check behind Avatar Store, on top of the large screen beside Play Together, and behind the Better Block portal. These are separate stops; compare your counter before repeating an area.

Deadline: do not leave it until the last day

The official Family Zone description says to finish quests before November 4; the hat description says before November 8. These deadlines do not match. Editorial recommendation: finish and claim before November 4, 2026. No closing time or time zone is announced, so an exact timestamp cannot be given.

Mistakes to avoid: stopping at 25/25, skipping Duck Duck or leaving without claiming. Success check: objectives completed and hat added to your avatar inventory. The catalog alone does not confirm your campaign progress.

Checklist: Nerba → 25 ducks → 30 minutes and 10 games → return → claim → check inventory.

See the visual route for all 25 ducks.
