What changed

The October 30 announcement introduces Community Outfits as a beta available to 70% of players. It lets players upload outfits for the community to see, like other players’ outfits and browse the most popular ones.

That percentage describes the feature rollout, not game growth or an item drop chance. The current game page still warns that community outfits are being tested for some players.

If it does not appear

Open the avatar editor and check the options available to your account. Do not assume that missing Community Outfits is a bug: the announced rollout is partial. The creator gives neither a date for universal access nor a way to force access here.

Makeup, undo and vehicles

The same announcement adds a makeup category and an avatar undo button. It also announces new helicopter blades and a VIP Quadcopter; the latter is not presented as a free vehicle.

Before paying for a pass, check the label of the item you want to use. Editor features and VIP benefits are separate parts of the announcement.
